Llanymynech Golf Club and Epic Air Films have collaborated to release a promo video for the golf club using a UAV
During our research into the ever growing and expanding industry of unmanned vehicles, more and more applications are emerging. Sports and golf clubs are another to add to the list as promotional videos and opportunities for players to view the course and watch back their game become more freely available.
Using a UAV to capture aerial footage costs a fraction of the price of a helicopter. UAV footage can give an overall view of the course, a flyby of each hole and focused in on the individual features and hazards giving the course its unique challenges.
Golf clubs now have the opportunity to offer an interactive experience to anyone at home looking to take on a new course. Existing players can see the course in a new way and plan how to cut the last few shots to bring down their handicap.
“Llanymynech Golf Club Video: This is the new promotional film for www.llanymynechgc.co.uk filmed in May 2014 by Epic Air Films (contact email@example.com) Combining epic aerial footage with shots on the course, this film aims to give a taste of the amazing geography that this unique dual country course has to offer. Tee of in Wales, putt out in England!”
